As Eddie has grown older we have been looking for more child friendly restaurants that we can go to. Trust me when you find the place you like they will get to know you because you will keep going back. Eddie likes to call Ingo’s the circle restaurant, it is in the shape of a circle so works out perfect. Not only does this place have great atmosphere, the staff is awesome, it also in my opinion has the best chicken sandwich in town.
We go to Ingo’s close to once a week, usually Friday night dinner is here, it is the perfect spot for a great dinner. Ingo’s has the perfect sized burger for Eddie, he likes cheese and ketchup onhis burger and the size is perfect for him. The burger also comes with Ingo’s broken fries, thin sliced potatoes, seasoned perfectly and just the perfect amount of crunch, along with a couple carrots which are Eddie’s favorites. The Chicken Sammy sandwich I am obsessed with, I can probably have this everyday and be perfectly happy, but once a week is ok. The chicken is marinated in buttermilk for 24 hours, I am trying to figure out the other seasonings but whatever it is, it’s done perfectly. I am normally not a fan of apple slices on my sandwiches but it works in this sandwich to perfection, along with the pickle slices and a perfectly spiced sauce this sandwich is perfection. We have tried all there burgers and sandwiches at this point and honestly have never had a bad bite. There menu is the perfect size, they serve a good selection of beers and wines and even have soft serve ice cream for desert. Ingo’s for us is a great place for our Friday night dinners, well priced, great food and great atmosphere there are always a lot of families with young children there to so makes it the perfect place.
