When you find a good sandwich if you are like me you will always find the time to go and get that sandwich regardless of how out of the way it may be. The Prime Rib Sandwich from Eatly in Chicago might be my favorite sandwich, normally I like a lot of toppings and meats on my sandwich’s, this sandwich is as simple as it is delicious. I was in Chicago for the weekend visiting friends and family, we had a great breakfast and lunch already and were going to have dinner at 9 that night but I I knew I wanted my sandwich so off I went and an hour later I was back at my brother’s with sandwich in hand. This sandwich has three ingredients, fresh amazing bread, olive oil, and prime rib cooked and seasoned to perfection. So simple and yet so delicious. The first time I ate it I actually went back up to the counter to shake the hand of the cook who made me this sandwich it was that good. For anyone going to Chicago, I recommend you go to Eatly it’s a great food experience and atmosphere always great service and in my opinion one of the best sandwich’s around.
